Arilyn, Water Sorceress

Mfgr: Reaper Miniatures          Sculptor: Werner Klocke

Material: Pewter

Year Painted: 2010

I painted this for my wife's current character. I also painted it for a personal challenge on the WAMP Ladder with a very good painter who goes by MaGie.  The challenge theme was entitled "She's Got Style". I sculpted the wave of water coming out of the horn and the clutch purse on the wave, with the point being that she is summoning a purse to match her outfit. I won the challenge, barely as we were very evenly matched.

Almaran the Gold, Paladin With Flaming Sword

Mfgr: Reaper Miniatures          Sculptor: Bobby Jackson

Material: Pewter

Year Painted: 2009

I painted this one for a friend I have been gaming with since 1986.  He is actually the one who got me started in miniature painting, though he didn't stick with it over the years. It dawned on me that I had never painted him a figure, so we chose this one for his paladin characer, Dalth.  The runes on his stole say "Honor", "Love", "Faith", and "Courage" in Latin.

Nienna, Elf Ranger

Mfgr: Reaper Miniatures          Sculptor: Werner Klocke

Material: Pewter

Year Painted: 2009

I painted this one just because I like the mini; however, I have never struggle more with any other mini than I did with this one.  I'm not shure why, but I really did not enjoy painting this one.  I think partially it is because she didn't have a character behind her, so I had little inspiration to draw on.  I like the way she turned out though.

Gargram, Dwarf Sergeant

Mfgr: Reaper Miniatures          Sculptor: Werner Klocke

Material: Pewter

Year Painted: 2009

I painted this one for my son's first character, Zelpon of Clan Stalhard.

Beowulf

Mfgr: Ral Partha Miniatures          Sculptor: Unknown

Material: Pewter

Year Painted: 2007

I originally painted this mini to be sold during an event on the Reaper forums to help Jester when he hurt his back and couldn't work.  Unfortunately, I was too slow and didn't complete it in time.  I love how the shield turned out.

Jolie, Female Scribe

Mfgr: Reaper Miniatures          Sculptor: Werner Klocke

Material: Pewter

Year Painted: 2006

I painted this figure for my wife's character, Miss Elizabeth Darby, based not so loosely on Miss Elizabeth Bennet of Pride and Predjudice. Her character is a people watcher and so I painted her reading a book on heraldry. One thing of note is that my wife liked the figure but not the exposed leg, so I sculpted the dress over her leg.
